Washington Running Club Secretary, Anthony Foster, said: “It was pretty icy so we had to take it steady but it was bright and sunny and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
“We received amazing support from the people of Washington throughout the entire course.
“At least one of out members benefits from the work Jigsaw does which is why we chose to support the charity with this event.

The club gives the children the opportunity to play and socialise in a safe environment with children who have similar needs.
Washington Running Club started their Santa run in 2015 with a small amount of club members taking part and it has continued to grow each year with more and more people joining the run and the Washington community getting
