Barron, from Sacriston, was handed a 40-month custodial sentence for modern slavery at Durham Crown Court on Thursday, June 24.
She was also ordered to pay a £170 victim surcharge.
Speaking of the case, Detective Sergeant Sam Young said: “This has been a complex investigation but with the help and cooperation of the local community, who stood up against Barron, the right outcome has been achieved.
