CCTV released following a spate of graffiti on Sunderland University buildings
and live on Freeview channel 276
Officers received a report that graffiti had been daubed across a number of buildings at the University of Sunderland shortly after 7pm on Wednesday, December 9.
Police say they have been carrying out a range of inquires since the incident took place in an effort to locate those responsible and have now released an image of a man they would like to trace.

Hide AdIt is understood that the man in question was seen walking a dog in the area at the time of the offence and officers believe he could have information that may assist them with their investigation.
A Northumbria Police spokesperson said: “Shortly after 7pm on December 9 it was reported that graffiti had been daubed across a number of buildings at the University of Sunderland.
"They have now identified a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

Police are urging the man, or anyone who recognises him, to contact them via the “Tell Us Something” page on the Northumbria Police website or by calling on 101 and quoting log number 962 091220.
