Philip Michael James Griffiths, 39, of Field Square, Ford Estate, Sunderland, was banned from driving for 26 months, received a community order, was fined £200 and ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drink driving on October 3.
Jeffery Adam Simpson, 54, of Somerford, Springwell, near Washington, was banned from driving for 17 months, fined £200 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath when required to do so on October 2.

Hide AdGavin Winter, 38, of Foxton Close, High Close Park, Sunderland, was banned from driving for 20 months, fined £390 and ordered to pay a £39 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drink driving on October 2.
Francis Wood, 45, of Salem Hill, Sunderland, was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drunk and disorderly behaviour on October 2.
Natasha Waddle, 29, of no fixed address, received a community order, was fined £540 and ordered to pay £50 compensation and a £95 victim surcharge after she admitted the £50 theft of an air bed and air fresheners from B & M, in Southwick, on August 18.
Stephen William Hodgson, 37, of Swan Street, Sunderland, was fined £54 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting two charges of using a vehicle which was in a defective condition on August 2.

Hide AdCallum Thomas Mitchell Hamill, 20, of St Oswald’s Terrace, Shiney Row, was banned from driving for six months and ordered to pay £200 compensation after admitting taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving without a valid licence and without insurance and causing £200 of criminal damage on April 23.
