1. The Little Shop, High Street West
One of the city centre's best independent shops, The Little Shop sells some of the finest coffee, beers and wines around. It's open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. 2. Marks & Spencer, High Street West
The Food Hall at M&S remains open. You can also skip the queues and reserve a shopping slot at a time that suits you with the new Sparks Book & Shop service, or shop for yourself or your loved ones with the M&S app. Photo: JPI Media
3. The Sweet Petite, Mackie's Corner
New cake shop The Sweet Petite sells a huge range of home-made fudges, chocolates, cake jars, brownies, cheesecakes, brittles and more, as well as their signature chuffles – cheesecake truffles. Lockdown opening hours are reduced from Wednesday to Saturday from 2pm to 6pm. Parking is free Monday to Friday after 3pm outside the shop. They also offer a delivery service. 4. The Fat Unicorn, Mackie's Corner
New deli The Fat Unicorn sells an excellent range or artisan breads, meats and cheeses, as well as wines and cocktails you won't find on the supermarket shelves. Opening hours at the moment are Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Photo: JPI Media
